Organized Receipts, Inc. is an accounting services corporation offering a full range of accounting services to our clients.  From processing all day-to-day operations such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow Management to Month End Reconciliations and Financial Reporting. Month End Close is customized to each client and their individual needs, from Financial Statements, Job Costing, Financial Projections, Current and Prior Period Comparisons and Reviews. We excel at setting up accounting systems and QuickBooks files, as well as, enhancing existing systems and procedures.

We offer Best Practices Training and QuickBooks Training when needed.  We handle Year End Close and work together with Tax Professionals to ensure the best financial position for our clients.  We are best known for our attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and most importantly, being an integral part of our client’s financial team!

Our Founder

Melissa founded Organized Receipts, Inc. based on her love of numbers and passion for helping people. Melissa has 25+ years of accounting experience. She excels at bookkeeping and organization. Melissa genuinely enjoys all aspects of accounting.  She is hardworking, diligent and focused; yet she knows how to have fun! When Melissa isn't working, you can find her on an adventure with her family and friends. She’s a lover of the outdoors, scrapbooking and making memories; one adventure at a time!
